(1) When pouring aluminum castings, the coarse sprue is easy to produce inclusions, so for large aluminum castings, one or two groups of sprue can be used for pouring, each group of sprue is composed of several finer sprues.
(2) For large-scale aluminum castings with more diaphragms, it is very important to avoid casting defects and discharge the casting itself.
(3) When semi metal casting and top pouring process is adopted, in the case of inconvenient riser setting, the aluminum casting manufacturer can set funnel-shaped gate in key parts, the gate liquid level keeps dropping, and it can be re poured for many times to achieve full pouring effect.
